Drop-ship outside our delivery zone in South Florida. All Out-of-State shipping includes a liftgate to lower your futon order to your driveway. We will share your contact information with the trucking company and they will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment at the earliest convenience. Once the order has been received by you, inspect the boxes for any visible damage. Take pictures of any visible damage and make a note on the Bill of Lading paperwork describing the damage. If you do not take this step we will not be able to make a claim and any damage will not be covered. Remember that you paid for drop-ship and it is your responsibility to check your furniture for any possible damage during transit. Do not feel rushed by the driver to sign the paperwork before checking your order. For concealed damages - the boxes did not have any visible damage but the furniture inside the box is damaged - please contact us directly to resolve.
